This third Annual Report and first under the LATIS service, explains the work carried out in each element of LATIS, which has focused on further enhancing confidence in the technical excellence offered by Transport Scotland's principal modelling capabilities and delivering on the two main aims for the Transport Model for Scotland (TMfS): to promote the user (customer) engagement and needs and to promote technical excellence and improvement.

Annual Report 2006 - 2007
This inaugural Annual Report has been produced in order to explain how the two main aims of the TMfS Commission were addressed during the first year. It reviews the progress of the Commission from a user engagement and technical prospective as well as demonstrate the benefits/value of having TMfS.
