User Group Days
The aim of the User group is to provide a forum for the use of LATIS that encourages shared knowledge and interaction between stakeholders leading to robust transport and land-use solutions for Scotland.
User Group Days are bi-annual meetings of the existing and potential users of LATIS. They are a good opportunity for the LATIS Team to gauge opinion on LATIS and canvass actual and potential users on their current modeling, planning and data requirements and future aspirations.
User Group Day: Monday 29 March
The latest Land-Use and Transport Integration in Scotland (LATIS) User Group Day was held in the Baird Suite at Hampden Park on Monday 29 March. The theme for the afternoon session was on “Regional Models”, with members of Regional Transport Partnerships presenting their thoughts on the topic.
The event was well received, with 100 delegates attending from a wide range of organisations, such as Local Authorities, Regional Transport Partnerships, Consultants, Transport Scotland and other Scottish Government bodies.
Presentations and further information from the day can be found in Publications.
