If you are interested in using LATIS - its model, data or need to collect specific data, please fill in a LATIS Request Form and submit it to LATIS@transportscotland.gsi.gov.uk. We advise that an application form is submitted at the earliest instance that you are considering using LATIS even if you later decide not to use it.

If you consider Transport Scotland's term consultants should not receive the application form (for example, during the preparation of a project brief or tender submission), please submit the form to Transport Scotland's LATIS Project Manager (see Contact Us for details).

Please note that it is also a condition of the application process to fill in a User Satisfaction Form upon completion of the application. Any successful application process will also require a receipt of a signed Terms of Use agreement.
